It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Director Edward Tamba Ngandi. His name was put forward by the St. Anthony Council as a candidate to fill our long-vacant African Directorship. The quorum of sitting Directors approved his appointment at our July 6, 2024 Board Meeting.
I look forward to working with him, and working with a full Board of Directors, now that the vacancy has been filled.
